Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Office Administrator position:
- The candidate must be able to speak English fluently
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Stable internet connection
- A quiet, calm working environment on the candidate’s end. Disruptive background noise wouldn’t be tolerated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate – Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
- Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Some experience with Servicem8 or Zoho CRM would be a plus
Responsibilities for Office Administrator position include but are not limited to:
- Make a high volume of calls to the customers who are looking for a generator quote
- Keep a record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Provide customers with a complete and accurate description of residential backup generator
- Use a computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
- Apply for building and electrical permits either online or by phone
- Manage a schedule for technicians
Advantages of the Office Administrator position:

- $300 per week, $1200 per month
