Job Description

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the Office Administrator position: 

  • The candidate must be able to speak English fluently
  • Ability to speak clearly and concisely 
  • Stable internet connection
  • A quiet, calm working environment on the candidate’s end. Disruptive background noise wouldn’t be tolerated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer literate – Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word 
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining a high level of customer service 
  • Some experience with Servicem8 or Zoho CRM would be a plus

Responsibilities for Office Administrator position include but are not limited to:

  • Make a high volume of calls to the customers who are looking for a generator quote
  • Keep a record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken 
  • Provide customers with a complete and accurate description of residential backup generator
  • Use a computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer 
  • Apply for building and electrical permits either online or by phone
  • Manage a schedule for technicians

  • Work remotely
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (Eastern Standard Time)
  • $300 per week, $1200 per month 
  • 1 month trial period
