Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Call Center Representative jobs:
Candidate must be able to speak English fluently
Stable internet connection
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak clearly and concisely
Computer literate – Proficient with Email and Microsoft Word
Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining a high level of customer service
A quiet, calm working environment on the candidate’s end. Disruptive background noise wouldn’t be tolerated
1+ years of Sales Representative experience
Some experience with solar systems would be a plus
Responsibilities for Call Center Representative positions include but are not limited to:
Make a high volume of calls (cold and warm) with a script that will be provided to you
Keep record of customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
Provide customers with a complete and accurate descriptions of Solar Panels and Battery Backup Systems, as well as its saving and clean energy benefits
Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot the items raised by the customer
Provide customer support from the first contact to the closing of the deal
